Abstract

A universal feature of time is dynamic longitude and it was borrowed from processes. The origin of the first words, including the word time itself, provides evidence for this. In the foundation of the majority of time-measuring systems the process taking place with the material objects can be seen. The main system which starts from a second and ends with a year is the result of the scientific research of many generations of researchers, and therefore, in majority of cases, it has a conditioned and artificial character. For its creation time longitude was used ignoring dynamics.
